Vinification and Aging: fermentation and maceration for 3-4 days in a Rotovinificatore at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation. Aging in a new French oak barrels for 16 months.

Deep red color.
Intense nose with hints of foxy and humus, softened by shades of blueberry jam blacks who emerge from the bottom of spice.
Final marked by note of chocolate.
